Toby doesn't believe in Voodoo, but he's forced to work in his father's store and peddle the strange dolls and accoutrements of the mysterious religion. When his father sends him into the jungle to find a Voodoo priestess, Toby's skepticism is tested when he has an unexplainable encounter with a mysterious teen.

Toby visits friends with whom he has an unusual relationship. But not even they can completely distract him from something bad that happened in the past, and something strange that is happening now.
