The mission of the Anteros Island Police Department is to work in a true partnership with the visitors of the island and our fellow citizens to enhance the quality of life in our city by raising the level of public safety through law enforcement. The officers of JoyBoy Island accomplish these goals through service with commitment, honor and integrity.

Serving Anteros Island with fire protection, search and rescue missions, and emergency medical services is the mission of the Anteros Island Fire Department and Ambulance Services. Both organizations have a force of superbly trained men and women who are proactive in their approach to challenges, people-oriented in their focus, and passionate in all aspects of their lives.
